Owners and staff at Villa Florenza were so gentle, kind and attentive to our mother. They made a very difficult time easier. The care was second to none. My mother got held and sung to at night during her scariest moments. You can be old and still scared of the dark. Emma and her staff handled everything and helped our family cope. The communication we received allowed us to be able to rest ourselves knowing our mom was resting comfortably. They coordinated with mom’s Hospice so that medication, oxygen and spiritual needs were all there when necessary. The home is large, very clean with living space for visiting and several patios.
